The hospitality sector: 1,000 additional rooms by 2020

Lyon's hospitality sector is growing, and its capacity in terms of upmarket hotels has nearly doubled!

Several new establishments opened in 2018, or are due to be inaugurated early in 2019:

Maison Nô, a 4-star hotel with 45 rooms, located in Rue du Bât d'Argent, in Lyon's Presqu'île,
A Meiniger Youth Hostel with 168 beds,
Kopster, a 3-star hotel currently under construction near Groupama Stadium,
A 19-room Boutique Hotel in the Ainay district,
A new hotel in Limonest,
Another private Youth Hostel boasting 170 beds, in Blandan Park in Lyon,
The eagerly awaited 5-star InterContinental hotel located in Grand Hôtel-Dieu (144 rooms), early in 2019,
Boscolo Exedra, a 133- room 5-star hotel in the Grolée district is scheduled to reopen soon.
